Abstract (en)
The method involves preparing an end of a new band of a new bobbin (6), and fitting a gluing joint on a connection assembly (4). Another gluing joint to be transferred is mounted on the connection assembly corresponding to a bobbin (8) unrolling a completed band. The bobbin (8) is stopped, and a junction is formed by gluing the new band with a section of the completed band using connections of the connection assembly. The unrolling of the new bobbin is started. An independent claim is also included for an end-to-end cutting and gluing device for an unrolling machine.

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé et un dispositif de coupe et de collage bout à bout pour machine à dérouler, comportant deux éléments porte-bobines (1) coiffés à leur partie supérieure par une structure en pont (2) pouvant recevoir un accumulateur (3) de bandes et par deux ensembles (4) de raccordement de bandes à l'arrêt, affectés chacun à un élément porte-bobines (1). Procédé caractérisé en ce qu 'il consiste essentiellement à préparer en temps masqué l'extrémité de la nouvelle bande d'une nouvelle bobine (6) et à la munir d'un joint de collage, sur un ensemble de raccordement correspondant (4), à monter éventuellement ensuite, en temps masqué, sur l'ensemble de raccordement (4) correspondant à la bobine (8) déroulant la bande finissante, un deuxième joint de collage à transférer, puis à réaliser l'arrêt de la bobine (8) déroulant la bande finissante et à effectuer la jonction par collage de la nouvelle bande suivie de la coupe de la bande finissante, par rapprochement des ensembles de raccordement (4), le déroulement de la nouvelle bobine (6) étant ensuite démarré. L'invention est plus particulièrement applicable dans le domaine des machines à dérouler des matières en bande, à partir de bobines, pour alimenter, en particulier en continu, notamment des machines d'impression, des découpeuses, des plieuses-colleuses, ou d'autres machines de façonnage.
