Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Aufstellen eines Mastes (1), insbesondere eines Funkmastes eines Mobilfunknetzes, umfassend die Schritte: Herstellen eines Fundamentkörpers (14) mit einer eingearbeiteten Masthalterung (7); Montieren des Mastes (1) auf der Masthalterung (7); wobei das Herstellen des Fundamentkörpers (14) beabstandet von einem Aufstellungsort des Mastes (1) ausgeführt wird, der Fundamentkörper (14) zum Aufstellungsort transportiert wird und der Fundamentkörper (14) am Aufstellungsort angeordnet wird. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner einen solchen Fundamentkörper (14) sowie ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines solchen Fundamentkörpers (14).
