Abstract (en)
The device has a locking finger (13) that is displaced at a rear side of a handling rod (10) along a direction perpendicular to the rod and moved to a locking position of the rod by an elastic return unit (15) e.g. helical spring. The finger is prolonged by a sensor (17) extended at a front side of the rod to push the finger to an unlocking position during closing a sliding opening frame. The finger is prolonged at the rear side of the rod by a pre-positioning end-fitting (25) co-operating with an opening on the frame to assure positioning of an espagnolette or espagnolette lock on the frame. An independent claim is also included for an espagnolette or espagnolette lock type lock fitting for a sliding opening frame, comprising a handling rod.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'anti-fausse manoeuvre (1) pour ferrure de verrouillage de type crémone ou crémone-serrure (2) pour ouvrant coulissant (3) comportant un doigt de blocage (13) conçu apte à se déplacer perpendiculairement à l'arrière d'une tringle de manoeuvre (10) et soumis à des moyens (15) de rappel élastique en position de blocage de cette dernière, ce doigt de blocage (13) étant prolongé par un palpeur (17) conçu apte à s'étendre à l'avant de ladite tringle de manoeuvre (10) de manière apte à repousser ledit doigt de blocage (13) en position de déblocage lors de la fermeture de l'ouvrant coulissant (3). Selon l'invention le doigt de blocage (13) est prolongé, à l'arrière de la tringle de manoeuvre (10), par un embout de pré-positionnement (25) conçu apte à coopérer avec une ouverture (26) sur l'ouvrant coulissant (3) pour assurer le positionnement de la crémone ou crémone-serrure (2) sur ce dernier. L'invention concerne encore une ferrure de verrouillage de type crémone ou crémone-serrure pourvue d'un tel dispositif d'anti-fausse manoeuvre.
