Abstract (en)
A liquid droplet catching device (60) installed in a compressor impeller (50), the device includes an aperture (62) disposed on a surface of the impeller (50) and configured to receive the liquid droplet, and a channel (64) disposed beneath and in fluid communication with the aperture (62), wherein the channel (64) is configured to direct the liquid droplet away from the aperture (62) and out of the compressor impeller (50).
