[origin: WO2008055800A2] A refrigeration device has a heat-insulated interior (3) and a water tank (13) separated from the interior (3) by an insulating layer. A hollow space (17) is defined on a side of the insulating layer facing the water tank (13). An element (24) is arranged on at least one opening (18; 22, 23) of the insulating layer, said opening connecting the hollow space (17) to the interior (3), and controlls the air exchange via the opening (18; 22, 23). An electric heater (32) can be arranged on the tank (13).
