Abstract (en)
A method for holding product for packaging, e.g. cigarette packing, has pockets with membranes fitted to at least one inside walls to grip different sizes of pack. The membranes are operated by pneumatic or hydraulic controls and require no external lubricants. The packs are held while the packaging adhesive sets. The pocket size is selected for particular pack sizes and the membranes are recessed into the inside walls.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Fixieren eines Produkts, insbesondere einer Zigarettenpackung (11) und/oder eines Packungsinhalts (17) einer Zigarettenpackung (11), in einer Aufnahme für das Produkt, vorzugsweise als Teil einer Vorrichtung (10) zum Herstellen von Zigarettenpackungen (11), mit einer Tasche (26,39) zur Aufnahme des Produkts. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass im Bereich von wenigstens einer Wandung der Tasche (26,39) ein pneumatisch oder hydraulisch arbeitendes Organ (29) zum Fixieren des Produkts in der Tasche (26,39) vorgesehen ist, und wobei jedem Organ ein Druckspeicher zugeordnet ist. Die Erfindung kann beispielsweise im Bereich einer Faltbühne einer Zigarettenverpackungsmaschine oder im Bereich eines Trockenrevolvers verwirklicht sein.
