[origin: EP2113652A1] The piezoelectric actuator module (2) has an actuator body (10) and adapter pieces (11,12) attached to the actuator body. A shrinkable tubing (13) is provided, which encloses the actuator body. An internal protective layer (16) is formed in a gap between the actuator body and the shrinkable tubing. A metallic coating is provided at side surfaces (18,19) of the shrinkable tubing. The internal protective layer is formed on the basis of an elastomer. An independent claim is included for a fuel injection valve with a valve closing body.
