Abstract (en)
A phase current detection apparatus which detects a current flowing in a DC link using a shunt resistor, which is provided in a motor driving apparatus in which outputs from PWM inverter (3) are supplied to the motor (4) so as to drive the motor (4), the apparatus being characterized in that a first filter is provided for offsetting an error due to inductance component accompanying the shunt resistor so that accuracy of phase current detection is improved.
