Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2912727A1] The tube (1) has an annular end portion (3) flatten by pinching a receiving portion (2) receiving a preset volume of biological substance, where the tube is made of molded plastic material. The annular end portion takes a flattened position in which two lips (30) contact each other. The end portion is adaptable such that the lips are arrested relative to each other for forming a hermetic seal e.g. heat seal, of the tube. The receiving portion has a housing (7), which is occupied by a transparent resin (22) retaining an identification element (21) e.g. radio-frequency identification chip.
