[origin: WO2008084369A1] The present invention relates to a method for obtaining a product containing nanofibres and to a product containing such nanofibres. These articles can be used as filters in particle systems, as separation membranes used in the textile industry or in the cell or polar solvent industry, or as humidity sensors or the like, as well as in applications in the material industry. The method of the invention comprises converting by electro-spinning a solution of polyamides into nanofibres having a mean diameter between about 40 nm and about 350 nm.
