[origin: FR2912836A1] The emitter (100) has an external part (110) with a polished external surface (111) and an internal surface (112), and an internal part (120) with an internal surface (121) and an external surface (122). The surfaces (112, 122) determine an internal reservoir (160) and a slit (170), and metallic studs (123-125) are formed on the surface (122) for defining a thickness of the slit between 1 and 2 micrometers by deposit of the internal part. The external part is applied against the internal part by a connection unit (140) with interposition of a sealing hold (130).
