The transportable control system has a storage device, particularly case and key provided in case or a valuable article. An electronic unit is provided, which is arranged in case, where each key has a code, which is mechanical, electronic or electromechanical. Each key of electronic unit is identified on basis of its coding, where presence or absence of each key is recorded by electronic units with additional information in data records. A receipt module is provided, over which signals are free-to-air, such as time or date or Global positioning systemcoordinates.

Transportables Kontrollsystem umfassend eine Aufbewahrungsvorrichtung, insbesondere einen Koffer und wenigstens einen in dem Koffer aufbewahrbaren Schlüssel oder Wertgegenstand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass - das Kontrollsystem eine in dem Koffer angeordnete Elektronik umfasst, - dass jeder Schlüssel eine Kodierung (mechanisch, elektronisch, elektromechanisch) umfasst, - wobei jeder Schlüssel von der Elektronik anhand seiner Kodierung identifizierbar ist, - wobei die Anwesenheit und/oder Abwesenheit jedes Schlüssels mittels der Elektronik zusammen mit Zusatzinformationen in Datensätzen protokollierbar ist, - wobei sich die Zusatzinformationen auf Raum und/oder Zeit beziehen und insbesondere als geografische Koordinaten und/oder Datum und/oder Uhrzeit erfassbar sind.
