[origin: WO2008068338A1] An implant comprising a central body called rotational anchor (1), capable of being implanted in a hole drilled in a patient's bone, and a implant collar (7) joined to the anchor body (1) capable of receiving a prosthetic system, characterized in that the implant collar (7) is derived from the upper end of the anchor body (1) by forming at least one tank capable of receiving a liquid effusion produced by the patient's bone during the placement of the said anchor body in the hole drilled in the bone and means for guiding the liquid effusion and bone fragments to the tank.
