Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2008095565A1] The invention relates to a fan arrangement and a method for operation thereof, comprising a control module (1) for controlling two circuit breakers, two circuit breakers (3, 4), two electric motors (5, 6) which have their operating voltage UB supplied to them via the circuit breakers (3, 4), and at least one temperature sensor (8) on a board (2) on which the circuit breakers (3, 4) are located, with the control module (1) having means for evaluation of a signal TNTC from the temperature sensor (8) and for setting the duty ratios TV1, TV2 of pulsed control voltages at the circuit breakers (3, 4), taking account of this signal TNTC as well as a requested fan power, such that no power loss PV greater than a predetermined value occurs in any power component (3, 4, 7).
