[origin: WO2008095754A1] The invention relates to a refrigerating device comprising an evaporator (15) and at least one compartment (7), which is cooled by circulating air from and to the evaporator (15), wherein a diffusion layer (50) can be displaced between a first position, in which air passage openings (30) distributed in a wall (29) separating the compartment (7) from a distribution chamber (27) are covered by the diffusion layer (50), and a second position, in which it allows air to flow from the evaporator (15) through the distribution chamber (27) into the compartment (7) while bypassing the diffusion layer (50).
