Abstract (en)

The device has a control unit (3) that is connected to position sensors (20, 32, 33) for sensing position of a double notch lock (1) and a strike device (2), respectively. The control unit is connected to an electric current sensor that serves to supply to a driving engine (26) of the device (2). The control unit directly controls a fitting engine (4) of the lock (1) and the engine (26), and is connected to an instrument panel (41) to signal existence of anomaly produced, during sequence of closing. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling closing of an opening of a motor vehicle.

Système de fermeture pour ouvrant de véhicule automobile avec joint compressible (38), comprenant une serrure double cran (1) et un dispositif de gâche (2) présentant chacun des moyens de fixation (34, 35), soit sur l'ouvrant, soit sur un habitacle du véhicule. Le dispositif de gâche est destiné à coopérer avec un pêne de serrure (7), mobile dans la serrure (1) et présentant successivement au cours de la fermeture de l'ouvrant, une première (13) puis une deuxième (14) position de verrouillage. Le système comprend en outre un moyen de traction finale (39) apte, lorsque le pêne de la serrure est dans la deuxième position de verrouillage (14), à rapprocher l'un de l'autre les moyens de fixation sur l'ouvrant et les moyens de fixation sur l'habitacle. Il comprend un moyen de comparaison à un seuil de l'énergie consommée par le moyen de traction finale (39).
