Abstract (en)
The disconnector has a tubular fixed contact (1), and a rotary movable contact (2) movable along a determined direction for assuring passage and interruption of electric current in respective current passage and interruption positions. One of fixed and movable contacts is established successively in a determined direction of displacement of the contact (2), a fixed polyoxymethylene homopolymer washer (11) and a protection band (15) i.e. fixed plate, that is made of PTFE, so that a new electric arc is initially confronted to the washer and to the band, during interruption of the current.

L'interrupteur sectionneur permet de réaliser des coupures de courant sous moyenne et haute tension dans des conditions avantageuses, telles que des ampérages élevés ou des temps de coupure réduits. Des contacts fixes (1), diamétralement opposés, débouchent à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe isolante (14), de manière à pouvoir entrer chacun en contact avec une extrémité (21) d'un contact mobile rotatif (2). Chaque contact fixe (1) est entouré d'un élément polyoxyméthylène (11) pour faciliter la suppression de l'arc électrique par sublimation partielle. Une bande de protection (15) en polytétrafluoroéthylène est plaquée sur la paroi intérieur de l'enveloppe (14) poursuivant le parcours circulaire des extrémités (21) du contact mobile (2) et contribue à l'extension complète de l'arc électrique et à la protection de l'ensemble. Application au sectionnement des lignes électriques de moyenne tension.
