Abstract (en)
The semiconductor component (1) has a flat semiconductor substrate (2) with a front side (3), a rear side (4) opposite to the front side and a perpendicular surface normal (5). Two contact structures (9,13) are provided, where the latter contact structure is in electrical connection with the rear side of the semiconductor substrate over a point-shaped rear contact (14). Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a solar cell module; and (2) a method for manufacturing a semiconductor component.
