Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2123587A1] The device has a flexible envelope (1) with a bottom (2a), a peripheral wall (3) and an opening (2b) through which a cardboard drum is introduced at an interior of the envelope. Two lifting bands (4, 5) are fixed on the envelope, and form hooking buckles (4a, 5a) at a side of the opening, where the drum contains reels of feedwires. The lifting bands and the envelope are made of natural or synthetic woven fabric material such as polypropylene. A maintaining unit (7) e.g. Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener), maintains the envelope around the drum.
