Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2008102379A1] The invention provides stable solid sustained release pharmaceutical formulations of fluvastatin, which formulation do not need to include a pH-stabilising agent. The formulations can preferably contain amorphous, micronised material. Sustained release formulations are disclosed with excellent dissolution profiles. Preferred formulations include formulations of fluvastatin sodium.
