Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2913057A1] The system has an exhaust line (6) for exhausting exhaust gases and a low-pressure exhaust gas recirculation path (11) for recirculating low-pressure exhaust gases at an inlet of a compressor (3) of a gas intake line towards an engine (1). The recirculation path is controlled by a recirculation valve (7). A heat exchanger (19) i.e. exhaust gas-liquid exchanger, is positioned on the recirculation path for recovering the heat from the exhaust gas. A two-way control valve (18) refines a low pressure exhaust gas recirculation rate. An independent claim is also included for a method for regulating a temperature of a passenger compartment.
