[origin: FR2912999A1] The liner (1) has a tubular wall (2) comprising an upper end (22) closed by a weld, and a valve (4) integrated in the upper end. The tubular wall is obtained by overlapping and welding two lateral edges of a band. An upper part of a lateral weld is located at one of ends of the upper end of the wall. A round base wall (3) is fixed on an internal surface of the tubular wall and closes a lower end (21) of the wall.
