[origin: FR2911339A1] Furazan compounds substituted in position 3 with a nitro group or with a nitrofurazanyloxy, nitrofurazanylhydrazino or nitrofurazanylazoxy group and in position 4 with an azolyl group, preferably nitroazolyl or tetrazolyl, are new. Compounds of formula (I) are new. R : nitro or one of the three nitrofurazanyl-containing groups of formulae (a)-(c); Het : azolyl group, preferably nitroazolyl or tetrazolyl. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a method (M1) for the preparation of (I) by coupling nitrofurazans of formula (IIa) with azoles of formula (IIb) by nucleophilic substitution in a polar organic medium in presence of a base (2) methods (M2) for the preparation of (I) in which the heterocyclic substitutent at position 4 is an optionally substituted 1,2,3,4-tetrazol-1-yl group or a nitrotriazolyl group (3) methods (M3) for the preparation of (I) in which the substitutent at position 3 is one of the three nitrofurazan-containing groups shown above (4) energy-producing compositions (EPC) containing (I).
