[origin: WO2008074742A1] The invention relates to a measuring tube for a device (1), for determining or monitoring the volumetric or mass flow of a medium (11) through a pipeline. Both end regions (18, 19) of the measuring tube (2) are designed to be conical in the direction of the longitudinal axis (3) of the measuring tube (2) and have toothings (21) on the outer surface (29) thereof such that a process connector or adapter (23; 26), with corresponding toothings (22) on the inner surface (30) thereof may be connected t the measuring tube (2) by pushing onto the end region (18; 19) with a press-fit or clamped to the measuring tube (2).
