[origin: EP2127771A1] The invention relates to a folding machine in which the blade carrier (9) is actuated in the horizontal movement by two independent mechanisms (20) coupled to respective rear expansions (9') of said blade carrier (9), the two mechanisms (20) acting independently during the alignment of the blade carrier (9) and in a synchronized manner in the work phase thereof, whereas the presser carriage (1) is connected to a fixed horizontal beam (3) by means of connecting rods (17) with a reduced length determining the drive of said presser carriage (1).
