[origin: EP2127773A1] The former has forming heads (311A, 312A, 321A, 322A) that are mounted movable between a service position (S) and retracted positions (E1, E2) that are spaced from a forming line in a direction perpendicular to a forming plane (P). The forming line passes through a gap of the forming heads, in the service position. Guide bars (4) maintain the forming heads, during which the forming heads slide perpendicular to the plane. Forming shafts (71A, 71B) are located on both sides of plane, in the service position.
