[origin: EP2127816A2] The tool has a guide (12) located in a housing, and a drive-in ram (13) displaced in the guide. A drive unit (30) drives the drive-in ram. A muzzle part (16) includes a bolt guide (17) defining an axis for a fastening element (60), and comprises two guide sections (117, 217) axially displaced along the axis relative to the guide section (117) and disengaged from the guide section (117). A press-on switch (29) generates a press-on signal based on a mouth (62) of the muzzle part abutting a workpiece (W). The muzzle part is provided in a region of a receptacle (18).
