Abstract (en)
The system component (3) has two parts (15, 16) each with a flat side and contour, where the two parts are even plates. The contour (29) of the part (15) differs from the other contour by an edge (26). The parts are arranged next to each other and connected with each other, and the flat sides turn towards each other. The contours in a section congruently correspond with each other, and deviate from each other when the contours are located outside the section. The two parts have a foot section, which serve to drive the system component. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a system component for a knitting system.

Erfindungsgemäß wird ein Systemteil (3) mit abgestufter Dicke erzeugt, indem zwei Teile (15,16) einheitlicher Dicke erzeugt werden, die einen unterschiedlichen Umriss (20,29) aufweisen. Die beiden Teile (15,16) werden mit ihren großen Seitenflächen aneinander liegend deckungsgleich ausgerichtet und miteinander verbunden. Optional können ihre Fußfortsätze (35,36) mit einer Fußkappe (37) versehen werden, die auch zur Verbindung der beiden Teile (15,16) untereinander dienen kann. Auf diese Weise wird auf einfacher Weise ein hochpräzises und verschleißfestes Systemteil erhalten.
