Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2008113197A2] The present medium-heel or high-hell shoes have a major drawback. When worn for an extended period of time, they become uncomfortable and then generate pains and bruises on the foot. The invention relates to all these shoes, to inserts and to adhesive substrates. Figure 1 represents a bottom characterised by a transverse bulge (2) made of an elastic or viscous-elastic material and attached on the mounting insole (1). The transverse bulge (2) is oriented so as to extend between the ends of the metatarsus (3) and the toes (4). They cause an abutment of the metatarsus ends (3) and prevent the foot from sliding forward. A sanitary sole (7) is flexible, traction resistant and exhibits an at least medium friction coefficient. Other embodiments further include the use of a middle pad and a front pad. These shoes can be worn with 10 cm heels and be fully comfortable in standing position for about 3.5 hours.
