Abstract (en)
A fluid pump may be provided for an engine, comprising a first housing part formed contiguously with a gear housing. The gear housing can be configured to at least partially enclose one or more engine gears. A second housing part can be connected with the first housing part and can be configured to at least partly define a pump chamber between the first housing part and the second housing part. An impeller can be provided in the pump chamber.
