Abstract (en)
The method involves gluing a function or design unit (5) e.g. retaining console with a hob plate e.g. glass ceramic plate, by using a heat-resistant adhesive (11) e.g. silicone adhesive, where the unit (5) is provided for fastening the hob plate to a hob-base. A fast-setting adhesive (13) e.g. hot-melt adhesive, is inserted adjacent to the heat-resistant adhesive for positionally securing the unit (5) in its mounting position during a hardening phase of the heat-resistant adhesive. A form barrier is integrated into a contact surface of the unit (5) as a single piece. An independent claim is also included for a hob comprising a hob plate guided to a function or design unit.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kochfeldes, bei dem in einem Fügevorgang zumindest ein Funktions- oder Designelement (5, 7, 9) mit einer Kochfeldplatte (1) mittels eines ersten, wärmebeständigen Klebstoffes (11) verklebt wird. Erfindungsgemäß wird neben dem ersten Klebstoff (11) ein zweiter, im Vergleich zum ersten Klebstoff (11) schnellhärtender Klebstoff (13) eingesetzt.
