Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2131625A1] The element (100) has a sensor for detecting surface temperature of a wall (1) of a cooking chamber by contacting the wall with a contact surface. The wall is heated by a heating plate (10). Holding elements (101, 102) are detachably connected with the wall by interconnecting a spring clip (110) for pressing the contact surface at the wall. The holding elements are made of thermally insulated material i.e. ceramic such as stealan, to control temperature influence from outside of the contact surface at the sensor. The contact surface is made of a stainless steel panel (103). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a heating plate for heating a wall of a cooking device (2) a cooking device comprising a cooking chamber.
