Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1967949A1] The method involves associating an instance controlling service (220) with two access points (212, 214) using an onboard electronic device (2) e.g. subscriber identity module (SIM) card. A memory e.g. RAM, space (210) is allocated to the service for receiving a connection request to connect to an application service (240) e.g. FTP service. The service (220) is executed to await reception of the request that is dedicated to the service (240), by the points associated to the service (220). A single service using the allocated space is the service (220) during absence of request reception. An independent claim is also included for an electronic system comprising an onboard electronic device.
