The system (10) has a movable radio module for establishing a safety radio connection (3) to a radio transmitting and receiving module (6) of a controllable safety system (7), which is arranged in an area of danger sources. The safety system informs starting of a backup mode to the radio module in a message and transmits another message about a condition of the safety device to the radio module. The radio module evaluates the latter message and outputs a control signal for suppressing an emergency brake at a train influencing system depending on the latter message. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for increasing safety of a train in an area of danger sources along a railway track comprising a train control system (2) a method for increasing safety of a train in an area of danger sources along a railway track.

Die Erfindung liegt auf dem Gebiet der Bahnsicherheitstechnik und betrifft Verbesserungen zur Erhöhung der Sicherheit im Bereich von Gefahrenquellen, insbesondere auf Nebenstrecken. Die Sicherungsanlage (7) an der Gefahrenquelle und Zugsteuerungssystem (10) kommunizieren per Funk über eine sichere Verbindung miteinander. Entlang der Strecke angeordnete Wirkelemente, die durch Interaktion mit dem Zugsteuerungssystem (10) ohne Gegenmassnahme eine Zwangsbremsung auslösen würden, dienen vorliegend zur Erzeugung einer Positionsinformation, die vom Zug (1) an die Sicherungsanlage (7) übermittelt wird und diese zum Einleiten des Sicherungsvorgangs veranlasst. Die Sicherungsanlage (7) wiederum gibt dem Zug (1) die Weiterfahrt frei. Dieses Signal führt dazu, dass das Zugsteuerungssystem (10) die Zwangsbremsung verhindert.
