Abstract (en)

The method involves providing a drawer roller on a support arm (10) of a roll changer (1) for bringing the rotary printing press from an operating speed to standstill, so that a web (3a) comes to the standstill. The web is located on a working roller (3) which is arranged on another support arm (20) of the roll changer. A joining device (30) of the roll changer is provided on a joint position (FP) on the web of the working roller.

Rollenwechsler (1) für eine Rollendruckmaschine und Verfahren zum Betreiben dessen, wobei bei dem Verfahren die Rollendruckmaschine aus einer Betriebsgeschwindigkeit heraus zum Stillstand gebracht wird, der Rollenwechsler (1) in eine Rollenwechselstellung verbracht wird, eine Fügeeinrichtung (30) des Rollenwechslers (1) an eine Bahn (3a) einer Arbeitsrolle (3) angestellt wird, eine Fügestelle auf einer auf einer Laderolle befindlichen Bahn in eine Fügevorbereitungsposition gedreht wird, und die Rollendruckmaschine auf Druckgeschwindigkeit hochgefahren wird, wobei die Arbeitsrolle und die Laderolle in Rotation versetzt werden und, wenn die Fügestelle eine Fügeposition erreicht hat, die Fügestelle mittels der Fügeeinrichtung (30) an die Bahn (3a) der Arbeitsrolle (3) angefügt wird und danach die Bahn der Arbeitsrolle (3) durchtrennt wird.
