Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2133468A1] The point has a ribbed plate (1) made of plastic polyamide and anchored on a side of a rail by a fastening bolt (5), and a set of collars (14) arranged in a bottom side of the plate and in engagement with depressions in a wooden tie (2). A set of raised ribs (11) is made of plastic and arranged in the plate for guiding a rail foot (SF). An independent claim is also included for a rail fastening comprising an intermediate layer.
