[origin: WO2008110249A1] The invention relates to a heat exchanger (1) having at least one inlet chamber (2), at least one flow device (8) connected in a communicating fashion to the inlet chamber, said flow-through device being able to have a first medium flowing through it and a second medium circulating around it for the purpose of evaporating a fluid portion of the first medium, characterized in that the inlet chamber (2) is provided with at least one bypass (4) for an evaporated portion of the first medium for the purpose of bypassing the at least one flow device.
