[origin: EP2135697A2] The method involves hardening a flat material (3) in form of a band with saw tooth provided between tip of a tooth line and a connecting line arranged below the depth of tooth. The saw tooth is transformed permanently to a circular-cylindrical base by a round bend device. An independent claim is included for a round bend device for the execution of a manufacturing method.
