The machine has an organic Rankine cycle (20) comprising an expansion machine and a heat exchanger (24) for feeding heat flow from a low temperature mass flow (1) into the cycle. A thermal transformer (21) is in heat flow connection with the cycle at a cold side (23) of the transformer, which is downstream to the expansion machine. The thermal transformer stays in a heat connection with the low temperature mass flow or the cycle at a hot side (22) of the transformer. Another organic Rankine cycle is arranged sequentially to the organic Rankine cycle (20). An independent claim is also included for a method for operating of a thermodynamic loop in a low temperature power plant.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Betreiben eines thermodynamischen Zyklus, insbesondere eines Niedertemperaturkraftwerkes, sowie ein zugehöriges Verfahren, wobei ein Niedertemperatur-Massenstrom (1) einem in einem ersten Kreislauf zyklierenden Arbeitsfluid (6) bei einem Ausgangstemperatumiveau (T 1 ) einen ersten Wärmestrom zuführt, wobei nach einer Expansion des Arbeitsfluids in einer Expansionsmaschine (7) dem Arbeitsfluid (6) bei einem gegenüber dem Ausgangstemperaturniveau (T 1 ) niedrigeren Expansions-Temperaturniveau (T 5 ) zur Verbesserung einer Energieausbeute des thermodynamischen Zyklus bzw. des Niedertemperaturkraftwerkes ein zweiter Wärmstrom entzogen wird, welcher auf ein höheres Pump-Temperaturniveau gepumpt wird und dem Niedertemperatur-Massenstrom (1) oder/und dem ersten Kreislauf zumindest teilweise wieder zugeführt wird.
