[origin: EP2136130A1] The light source (1) has a storage container (2) for liquid fuel (3), and a wick holding unit (4), which is suspended in the storage container through a cover side opening of the storage container, such that a wick comes in contact with the liquid fuel. A tubular section (8) is provided, which is projecting towards interior of the storage container from the cover side opening, which forms the single connection from outside towards the storage container.
