The unit (1) has a cylindrical housing shell (5a), and a collector (2) comprising a cylindrical container shell (2a) forming an annular gap (6) with the housing shell. A helical tube (4) is arranged in the annular gap, and forms a force-fit connection with the housing shell and the container shell, where the collector is made from plastic e.g. polyamide. The collector includes a container base, and a spring unit e.g. pressure spring, is arranged between a base (5b) of the integrated unit and the container base, where a tube cross-section of the tube includes a profile with bars. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an integrated unit.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine integrierte, einen Sammler (2) und einen inneren Wärmeübertrager (3) umfassende Baueinheit (1) eines Kältemittelkreislaufes, insbesondere für eine Kraftfahrzeug-Klimaanlage, wobei die Baueinheit (1) einen zylindrischen Gehäusemantel (5a) und der Sammler (2) einen zylindrischen, mit dem Gehäusemantel (5a) einen Ringspalt (6) bildenden Behältermantel (2a) aufweisen, wobei in dem Ringspalt (6) eine am Gehäusemantel (5a) und am Behältermantel (2a) anliegende Rohrwendel (4) angeordnet ist. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Rohrwendel (4) mit dem Gehäusemantel (5a) und dem Behältermantel (2a) eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung bildet.
