[origin: WO2008142308A1] The invention relates to a device (1) for dispensing a liquid to a pasty product (2), to be placed at the open end (3) of a rigid container (4) and including a manual dosing pump (5) for dosing a predetermined amount of product (2) to be dispensed, comprising: a base member (6) to be placed on the container (4), a push button (8) with a dispensing spout (9) capable of a pumping action against a bellow (11) including opening-closing means formed at the upper end of said bellow (11); characterised in that the means include a first inner peripheral collar (16) formed at the upper end of the bellow (11) and associated with a second collar (18) of the bellow (11) that is concentrically arranged relative to the first one (16) and inserted in the same groove (14) of the push button (8), wherein a locking tab (20) capable of blocking the opening (15) protrudes from said collar.
