[origin: WO2008095723A1] The invention proposes a seating arrangement, which provides for dual use of the existing seat(s) (3. 5), in this example for the driver (4) and passenger (6), wherein during driving operation both the driver's seat (3) and the passenger seat (5) are oriented in the driving direction, and during the so-called stationary operation these seats are rotated by 180º in relation to the driving direction. During driving operation, the users (4, 6) have all the equipment available that is required to fulfill their tasks during driving operation. During transition to the stationary operation, these two seats are transferred to the working position by rotating the seats, preferably to 180º, if the devices for fulfilling the tasks are disposed in the vehicle (1) 180º opposite from the driving direction.
