In order to create an elastic flexible blade and a drive device therefore, wherein a continuous change of shape can be adjusted using a flowing contour transition, the invention provides that the flexible sections (3, 4) on the side of the drive (15) are kept substantially movable relative to each other along the longitudinal axis of the wedge, and that the flexible element (1) is configured on the side of the drive (15) such that it may be transferred to a different curvature pointing in the direction of thickness of the flexible impact blade (40) as a function of the relative position of the flexible sections (3, 4).
