Abstract (en)

[origin: CA2675029A1] The invention relates to pharmaceutically active compounds comprising an isoflavone or isoflavone glycoside and an amino acid, peptide, or peptide de rivative that is covalently bonded thereto, the peptide or peptide derivativ e containing 2 to 5 amino acids, as well as pharmaceutically acceptable salt s or solvates of said compounds. Also disclosed are uses of such substances for producing pharmaceutical compositions, especially for the treatment of p latelet aggregation and for tumor therapy. The invention can thus be used in the medical field and in the pharmaceutical industry. The compounds accordi ng to the invention are of general formula X-Pep, wherein X represents an is oflavone or isoflavone glycoside and Pep represents an amino acid or a pepti de or peptide derivative containing 2 to 5 amino acids. X and Pep are covale ntly bonded or are linked by means of a linker system.
