Abstract (en)
The helmet (15) has an outer shell (16) or an inner lining (17) supporting a sensor module (5) to be directed towards an area of helmet user's mouth or nose. A display module (6) of a gas-measuring device comprises a projection unit (12) for outputting a projected display of measured or status data onto a projection surface. An LED module (11) is provided on underside of the helmet, where the LED module is provided for displaying an alarm or warning state. An alarm generator module (7) of the gas-measuring device comprises an acoustic alarm generator or a vibration alarm. An independent claim is also included for a user safety process for a helmet.

Ein Schutzhelm soll derart verbessert werden, dass eine Schadgasüberwachung im Sichtbereich des Helmträgers ermöglicht ist. Zur Lösung der Aufgabe ist ein modulartig aufgebautes Gasmessgerät am Schutzhelm (15) vorgesehen, bei welchem ein Sensormodul (5) im Gesichtsbereich des Helmträgers positioniert ist.
