[origin: EP2138405A1] The device (1) has an expelling element (2) with two opposite expelling limbs (6a,6b) for gripping a tube from which the substance is to be expelled and for expelling the substance from the tube. A housing (3) is provided for receiving the expelling element. The expelling limbs of the expelling element are exposed at a lower end, which is opposite to an opening in the tube from which the substance is to be expelled.
