[origin: EP2138652A2] The plate has a plastic foil (4) e.g. polyurethane foil and polypropylene foil, adhered at a formwork panel (1). An adhesion-supporting fleece layer (3) is provided for arrangement between the plastic foil and the panel, and is arranged in the form of a fleece ridge at the plastic foil. A concrete contact fleece layer and/or a concrete contact felt layer (6) is provided for arrangement between the foil and a concrete (7) to be set. The thickness of the fleece or felt layer is larger than the thickness of the fleece layer (3).
