Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2138660A2] The element (1) has a recess (8) for inserting a sealing ring (10) that seals the element against a piston that is movably arranged in a receiving space filled with a hydraulic fluid. The element seals the piston against an inner wall of the receiving space. The sealing ring is inserted in to the recess by two-component injection molding process during manufacturing of the element. A sealing lip (4) is arranged at a distance to a support body (6) by free cuts (7). The sealing lip comprises a sealing region that lies at the inner wall.
