Abstract (en)
In a process to drive an array of cross-wound textile spinning bobbins and sleeve transport system (1), the transport system has a first feed path (2) for the bobbins resting on transport dishes (3) and a return path (4) for empty bobbins. The two paths (2, 3) are linked by a transverse transport path (5) with a predetermined number of waiting positions (27) for bobbins on plates. During their travel along the first feed path, advance is temporarily blocked to create additional waiting positions (28) that are occupied is the waiting positions (27) are occupied on the transverse transport path (5).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Spinnkops- und Hülsentransportsystems (1) und ein Spinnkops- und Hülsentransportsystem für eine Kreuzspulen herstellende Textilmaschine mit einer Vielzahl von Spulstellen, wobei das Transportsystem eine Zuführstrecke (2) für auf Transporttellern (3) angeordnete Spinnkopse, eine Rückführstrecke (4) für abgespulte Hülsen und zwischen diesen Strecken im Bereich der Spulstellen angeordnete Quertransportstrecken (5) mit einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von Wartepositionen (27) für auf Transporttellern (3) angeordnete Spinnkopse aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß werden die Spinnkopse entlang der Zuführstrecke (2) so blockiert werden, dass sich auf der Zuführstrecke (2) zusätzliche Wartepositionen (28) ergeben, die besetzt werden, wenn die Wartepositionen (27) auf den Quertransportstrecken (5) besetzt sind.
